Requirements

Currently in law school (école d'avocats) or Master's in "Droit du numérique", seeking a 6-month internship
Strong affinity for new technologies, data protection law, intellectual property law, and commercial contract law
DJCE with option in RGPD, cyber, or digital law is a plus
Team spirit, analytical and synthesis skills
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, work capacity, analysis, and synthesis
Rigor, curiosity, autonomy, and enthusiasm for innovative activities

Responsibilities

Negotiation, drafting, and follow-up of commercial contracts (e.g., CGV, CGA, CP, CGU, e-commerce, software license agreements, IT contracts, intangible asset transfer contracts, commercial agent and franchise contracts, distribution network structuring, various service contracts, personal data policies)
Drafting various legal opinions
Handling economic regulations (e.g., competition law, distribution law, marketplaces, payment terms, RGPD, AI)
Managing contractual issues in regulated and innovative sectors
Due diligence missions (commercial contracts, personal data protection, intellectual property)
Developing complex commercial partnerships
Brand law management and strategy: prior art searches, filings, notifications, coexistence agreements, judicial disputes
Personal data law and RGPD legal compliance
