Requirements

Student in final year of business school, engineering school, IEP, or university with strong interest in Finance and/or RSE, and/or information systems, and/or marked sectoral expertise (Retail, Manufacturing...)
Several experiences in supporting transformation projects for public or private organizations
Several experiences in supporting projects with an IT dimension
Skills in management, project management, and business development to define and propose innovative solutions
English oral and written indispensable (B2 level)

Responsibilities

Assistance in the evolution of financial and operational organization and processes: organizational diagnosis, design and implementation of organizations; mapping, diagnosis and optimization of processes and information systems; definition of target operational models; integration of CSR into operations
Assistance to project ownership in the evolution of trades and information systems: preliminary studies, needs expression, assistance in solution selection, development of functional specifications, strategy and development of testing phases, user support
Improvement of performance management (organization, processes, tools) and optimization of the management cycle (budgeting & forecasting)
Assistance in project management
Coordination and management of workstreams
Monitoring of risks, budget, and resources
Reporting, optimization of the project portfolio
