Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Data Analyst, Business Administration or related field
- Looking for a full-time 6-month internship starting as soon as possible
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Ability to work with data, run analyses, and provide clear summaries
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Proactive, curious, eager to learn

- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Support the update and consolidation of international salary grids
- Assist in compensation benchmarking (market data analysis, internal equity studies)
- Contribute to bonus consolidation and payment cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual compensation review
- Assist in the administration of the equity process (granting, reporting, lifecycle management)
- Contribute to benefits analysis and support local HR teams in benefits-related projects
- Help analyze and track international mobility cases, ensuring alignment with policies
- Contribute to pay transparency initiatives, preparing communication and process documents
