  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Data Analyst, Business Administration or related field
  • Looking for a full-time 6-month internship starting as soon as possible
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to work with data, run analyses, and provide clear summaries
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Proactive, curious, eager to learn

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Support the update and consolidation of international salary grids
  • Assist in compensation benchmarking (market data analysis, internal equity studies)
  • Contribute to bonus consolidation and payment cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual compensation review
  • Assist in the administration of the equity process (granting, reporting, lifecycle management)
  • Contribute to benefits analysis and support local HR teams in benefits-related projects
  • Help analyze and track international mobility cases, ensuring alignment with policies
  • Contribute to pay transparency initiatives, preparing communication and process documents
