Requirements

  • Preparing a BTS or Licence level diploma in Régie Générale or Production Technique événementielle
  • Ideally have first experience in event management or spectacle technique
  • Speak French fluently (C1 level)
  • Intermediate level in English (B1)
  • Master Pack Office and AutoCAD
  • Ideally hold a B driving license for more than 2 years to drive company vehicles
  • Recognized for adaptability, sense of organization, autonomy, good initiative, and ease in written and oral communication
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, days and evenings, with occasional night rehearsals

Responsibilities

  • Participate in meetings with clients or event directors and conduct feasibility studies (costing, simulation, comparative study, plans, etc.)
  • Participate in technical production (reservation of equipment and services from referenced providers, booking) in collaboration with all stakeholders
  • Draft documents necessary for the event (route sheets, prod book, prevention plan, etc.)
  • Supervise the event on site (welcome teams, monitor the construction site, etc.) while respecting safety instructions
  • Participate in improving processes and collaborative working methods
