- Preparing a Master’s degree in Project Management / Organizational Management with an interest in Data
- Previous experience in the sector
- Current French level (C1)
- Intermediate English level (B2)
- Mastery of the Office Pack (Pack Office)
- Recognized for organizational rigor and synthesis skills
- Availability for a maximum 6-month internship starting from November 2025
Responsibilities
- Work on the traceability of operational skills in attractions for employees (process, monitoring, RACI, system, creation of dashboards, scoring, methods)
- Set up an audit system via training tools to monitor the competence processing chain
- Create a system to ensure the Cast Member's competence in real time and before assignment, proposing tools adaptable to all attractions in both Parks
- Exchange with operational teams, leaders, Management, and the Walt Disney Company US
