  • Preparing a Master’s degree in Project Management / Organizational Management with an interest in Data
  • Previous experience in the sector
  • Current French level (C1)
  • Intermediate English level (B2)
  • Mastery of the Office Pack (Pack Office)
  • Recognized for organizational rigor and synthesis skills
  • Availability for a maximum 6-month internship starting from November 2025

Responsibilities

  • Work on the traceability of operational skills in attractions for employees (process, monitoring, RACI, system, creation of dashboards, scoring, methods)
  • Set up an audit system via training tools to monitor the competence processing chain
  • Create a system to ensure the Cast Member's competence in real time and before assignment, proposing tools adaptable to all attractions in both Parks
  • Exchange with operational teams, leaders, Management, and the Walt Disney Company US
