Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack and comfort with video programs
Recognized for organization, communication skills, and ease in public speaking
Demonstrates autonomy, creativity, and enjoys teamwork
Availability for a maximum 6-month internship ideally starting in January 2026
Ability to work weekdays from 8h00 to 18h00, with occasional Saturdays and/or shifts starting at 6h30 or ending at 23h00
Responsibilities
Analyze the Guides related to the Storytelling of the Destination
Work on designing a narrative catalog to transmit to Cast Members, ensuring visitor welcome aligns with the Land and/or Attraction story
Draft a specific framework for each Attraction and standardize it across different Lands, considering specific themes
Develop the immersive aspect to fully involve visitors in their journey (Attractions and Lands)
Create a training plan to integrate into the existing Guides framework, allowing new employees easy and immediate access to the Land/Attraction theme glossary
Regularly exchange with Operational teams and lead meetings with various stakeholders for project follow-up
Ensure daily use of words linked to the Disney universe during interactions with visitors
