Requirements

  • A strong working knowledge and/or fluency in both French & English (close collaboration with both French and US-based team members will be required)

Responsibilities

  • Help with operational tasks related to influencer campaigns and long-term ambassador partnerships (e.g., do benchmarks on the influencer market, prepare unboxing gifting experiences for influencers, help prepare influencer and ambassador briefing decks)
  • Assist with events (e.g., order team apparel for events, order event goodies, print leaflets, ship marketing materials, help run product experiences during events)
  • Help manage internal communication with team members prior to and during events (e.g., create team email group, share tips/updates/reminders)
  • Assist with press (e.g., send product samples to reporters, work cross-functionally to find answers to questions reporters have about the Withings brand & products)
  • Report to the B2C Brand Marketing Team Leader
  • Work cross-functionally with other brand marketing team members managing PR, advertising, influence & partnerships, as well as the broader marketing & sales teams (studio & content, retail sales, CRM, product marketing, web)
  • Engage in initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive consideration for key products + new product launches, primarily on French, German, and UK markets, with some opportunities for Australian & Indian markets
