Responsibilities

The Staff Technical Program Manager will lead large-scale initiatives across Infrastructure, Application Security, Database, and Data Platform teams, driving strategy, planning, and execution for the SaaS platform's scalability, security, and reliability. Responsibilities include acting as a thought partner to senior leaders, facilitating team operations, defining success metrics, managing impediments, risks, and dependencies, and driving improvements in areas like DevFinOps and Disaster Recovery. The role involves collaborating with leadership to align roadmaps, orchestrating planning across technical domains, applying Agile frameworks, and supporting change management through communications and training.
