Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with a strong track record of delivering complex software systems at scale
  • Solid foundation in software engineering, with hands-on experience or deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and modern development practices
  • Proven ability to lead Agile programs involving multiple teams, geographies, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to VP and C-level audiences
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and program dashboards for tracking and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional software development programs from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define program scope, architecture, and milestones
  • Drive execution across multiple Agile teams, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Serve as the technical liaison between engineering and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable plans
  • Champion best practices in software development, DevOps, and program governance to ensure operational excellence
  • Track and communicate program health, status, and risks to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across teams
  • Mentor junior TPMs and contribute to the evolution of program management practices within the organization
