Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting highly scalable applications. They should have experience with front-end technologies and frameworks, including HTML5/CSS3, and Angular, along with knowledge of web libraries and frameworks such as React or Underscore. Furthermore, familiarity with the entire web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques, and expertise in building complex interactive graphical systems are required.
As a Staff Software Engineer, the individual will be responsible for architecting efficient and reusable front-end systems to drive complex web applications, collaborating with Product Managers and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products. They will translate design specifications into reusable components using Angular, develop software components meeting quality and architectural standards, including documentation and unit tests, and work with the UX team to implement prototypes. Additionally, they will contribute to the implementation of UI automation frameworks and work with DevOps to ensure the smooth operation of cloud-based products, streamlining data generation, analysis, and insight extraction.
