10+ years of relevant experience, including experience at a high-growth or early-stage fintech startup
Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders to discover requirements and deliver a solution
Experience with our tech stack (Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS)
Experience building enterprise-grade APIs and platform-level features (web and mobile)

Responsibilities

Support and mentor the engineers on the team, elevating overall team capability
Partner with the engineering manager for the technical roadmap and direction
Work collaboratively with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to deliver both short-term objectives and long-term strategic initiatives
Design, extend, improve, and manage the complexity of our global financial products to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency
Deliver high-quality solutions and features with speed and end-to-end ownership of your projects
