Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in React.js or React Native. Strong computer science fundamentals are required, along with a focus on building high-quality mobile and web UIs. Experience with React Native and React ecosystems (Hooks, Components, Context, Redux), leading large-scale product delivery without performance bottlenecks, and writing maintainable, testable TypeScript code using industry best practices are essential. Familiarity with REST APIs and tooling across web and mobile architectures is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include prior experience with cross-functional teams, proficiency in TypeScript, experience with CI/CD, familiarity with development IDEs (VSCode, Android Studio, XCode), and knowledge of the Android/iOS/Web development tool ecosystem.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the development of core user experiences across mobile and web platforms. This includes launching new features, developing, designing, testing, and scaling new product offerings to solve complex user problems. The role involves daily collaboration with cross-functional partners such as designers, product managers, and quality engineers in an agile environment. The engineer will be hands-on, executing individual work while also building flexible products for evolving offerings. They will also collaborate with engineers across multiple teams to improve code quality and mentor other engineers in software development best practices.
