Requirements

Exceptionally talented Principal Applied Scientist/Researcher in Natural Language Processing with a strong AI and Machine Learning background
Strong experience in applying NLP, including GenAI and other AI/ML techniques
Ability to work independently and in close collaboration with others
Experience in framing problems, preparing data, selecting techniques, algorithms, and features
Ability to prototype, build, and evaluate models that transform healthcare and enable customers to deliver exceptional care

Responsibilities

Apply NLP, including GenAI and other AI/ML techniques to develop model systems and solutions
Collaborate across functions to scale and integrate advanced solutions into successful end-user experiences in large-scale cloud-based SaaS production environments for healthcare
Work with product leaders, clinical informaticists, data scientists, UI/UX researchers and designers, AI and machine learning and domain experts, engineering teams, and customers/users
Develop cutting-edge solutions leveraging multiple kinds and sources of data with a variety of machine learning and natural language-based workflow enhancing, decision support, predictive, or other solutions to be deployed at scale
Contribute to the development of innovative AI and machine learning solutions that transform healthcare and enable customers to deliver exceptional care to the aging population
