Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on Salesforce development. Experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, React, and other modern Javascript frameworks is required, along with knowledge of Salesforce Platform APIs and continuous integration tools like Jenkins or CircleCI. Familiarity with Salesforce limits and system administration concepts, including objects, reports, dashboards, and security, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Salesforce Engineer, you will develop extensive custom solutions using Force.com, Apex classes, triggers, and components, and VisualForce pages, while utilizing SOQL. You will apply knowledge of modern Javascript frameworks to the Salesforce domain, leverage REST Services and Salesforce Platform APIs, and contribute to continuous integration and Git workflows. You will work directly with customers to understand use cases, collect feedback, and translate requirements into exceptional products, establishing relationships with product managers and fellow teams. You will write modular, reusable, and scalable code, thoroughly test solutions prior to QA, and serve as a member of an agile team, participating in all associated processes. Additionally, you will deliver scalable solutions adapted for various verticals, and contribute to architecture and solution design.
