Requirements

7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full stack development and cloud technologies
Deep understanding of cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks for full stack development
Experience designing and implementing cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and serverless solutions
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time streaming
Expertise in software design patterns, scalability, security, resilience, performance, accessibility, and maintainability
Ability to conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standards
Experience leading, mentoring, and working with teams of engineers (onsite and offshore)
Proficiency in all critical functions of application development

Responsibilities

Provide technical vision, drive strategy around solutions, solve complex problems, and execute across Cloud, backend, automation, and related areas
Act as technical owner across strategic efforts involving Cloud, backend solutions, automation, and more
Serve as a trusted technical decision-maker for important initiatives
Plot and execute the path from prototype to production for capabilities and features
Design and implement cloud-based architectures and full stack applications that are scalable, secure, and resilient
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, UX/UI designers, stakeholders) to define technical requirements and create robust architectures
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions
Lead development of microservices, APIs, and serverless architectures on cloud platforms
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices
Lead, mentor, and work with engineering teams to deliver multiple use cases and products
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to keep solutions innovative
Design and implement complex software solutions for APIs, microservices, CI/CD, real-time streaming pipelines, etc., on cloud
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using best practices and design patterns
Identify and solve complex technical problems during development
Provide recommendations on technology selection and integration
Conduct research on emerging technologies, design principles, and frameworks
Provide technical leadership and guidance, driving technical excellence and establishing best practices
