Candidates should possess Enterprise Architecture Experience, including an Enterprise or Solution Architect role and/or relevant experience, with expertise in data modeling, core data design, security, integrations, and configuration management. A minimum of 5 years of large program experience is required.
The Principal Platform Architect will develop strong relationships with customer business leaders and platform owners to understand their vision, guide and support the execution of technical governance processes, help develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model, and provide technical evaluation of demands against the ServiceNow platform. They will also analyze and translate business information into architectural blueprints, drive solid platform health by reviewing configurations, advocate for ServiceNow’s Customer Success Impact advisory practices, and guide customers through integration and performance design review sessions.
