Requirements

5 - 10 years of experience in Product Management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning and development
Experience taking products from ideation to delivery, ideally at global scale
Ability to manage difficult tradeoffs such as long term product vision and short term growth requirements
Ability to thrive in data driven, cross functional teams that can move ideas to reality in very short periods of time
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in building end user experiences on invoicing and subscription or bill pay
Experience in hyper growth startup environments, software engineering, or financial technology
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Define Airwallex’s products, from strategy and solution design to roadmap and delivery plans
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ensure that our product can handle increased user adoption, usage, and complexity while maintaining its core value proposition
Inform product strategy and approach by deeply understanding our user requirements, target markets, and competitive landscape
Iterate quickly on new product launches, feature enhancements, and user feedback
Manage a high performing team of Product Managers
