Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce development. They should demonstrate expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Aura, along with a deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its APIs. Experience with asynchronous and event-driven Apex, as well as modern JavaScript frameworks like React, is required. Strong knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, including Bulkification and Enterprise Design Patterns, is also necessary. Familiarity with continuous integration tools and Source-Driven Development is expected.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Salesforce Engineer, you will lead a feature delivery team to deliver new product functionality within the Sitetracker Managed Package, working closely with Product Managers and UI/UX designers to build first-class solutions. You will enhance and support critical components of the solution, utilizing custom development with Force.com, Apex, and other Salesforce technologies. This includes writing Apex REST Services, consuming Salesforce APIs, and debugging complex Apex codebases. You will also provide extensive custom development, build scalable solutions adaptable to various verticals, and deliver exceptional products on time and of high quality. Furthermore, you will lead a team of developers and QAs, delegating technical tasks, providing feedback and mentorship, and working with Engineering managers to build technical vision plans, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and documenting technical design documents and user stories.
