Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate a proven track record in Procure-to-Pay business applications and financial processes, along with a passion for solving technical challenges and building strong cross-functional partnerships. Experience working with tools such as Coupa, Zip, and NetSuite is highly desirable.
The Staff Product Manager for Finance Applications will gather, document, and analyze requirements for key projects within the Procure-to-Pay space for Coupa and Zip, design and configure scalable, secure solutions that meet business needs across Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Accounting, partner with finance systems team members and cross-functional stakeholders to execute deliverables while fostering a positive work environment, work strategically with business teams to translate needs into high-quality automation and system enhancements to support Reddit’s growth, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership on gathering and prioritizing the roadmap for Procure-to-Pay system enhancements and initiatives.
