Requirements

  • Experience leading product development in cloud security or related fields, with Cloud-Native Application Protection Platforms (CNAPPs), including Vulnerability Management, CSPM, CIEM, CDR, or Attack Surface Management
  • Proficiency in working with multiple engineering teams within an Agile SDLC
  • Experience managing product development cycles and managing a backlog
  • Experience translating market trends and customer feedback into value for customers
  • Understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with containerization technologies like Kubernetes
  • Strong sense of ownership for the features and parts of the product that you work on
  • Desire to learn and stay up to date with market trends and developments
  • Passion for helping customers reach their goals
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver successful product launches and enhancements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product experience that helps customers get to value quickly, including onboarding flows, guided configuration, and environment readiness checks (reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Management)
  • Define and lead customer health metrics across the product (coverage, data ingestion, configuration correctness, efficacy)
  • Partner with engineering, design, product marketing, customer success, and solutions to reduce friction in deployment and ongoing operations
  • Identify where customers struggle in adoption and instrument the product so teams can detect bottlenecks before they become blockers
  • Develop the roadmap for platform health, onboarding experiences, guidance, and proactive issue detection
