Requirements

The Staff Product Manager, Data must have a deep understanding of applying normalization, data modeling, and artificial intelligence in cybersecurity. This strategic role requires ownership of the entire capability lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and go-to-market, to deliver differentiated customer value. Experience leading the development of platform capabilities that deliver customer value from aggregated data is essential. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and mission-driven.

Responsibilities

The Staff Product Manager, Data will lead the development of HackerOne's data capabilities vision, strategy, and roadmap, partnering with Design & Engineering to bring unique security insights to customers based on vulnerability datasets. They will lead cross-functional Go-To-Market collaboration with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to understand customer challenges, drive adoption, and communicate thought leadership on data capabilities. Responsibilities also include refining and maturing existing platform data capabilities such as Analytics and Reporting, Benchmarks, and Recommendations.
