The Staff Product Manager will lead Shakepay's cash product strategy, focusing on customer experience, usability, and adoption. Responsibilities include partnering with design and engineering to create seamless payment flows, using customer research and data analysis to identify opportunities, collaborating with marketing on product launches, ensuring the reliability of payment experiences, managing relationships with external partners, and communicating vision and progress to leadership and the team.
