Requirements
- Deep interest or experience with Trading and building simpler, more accessible services
- Expert practitioner in product design, delivering thoughtful, polished experiences including motion and interaction design
- Demonstrated experience designing and shipping consumer-facing products (mobile and web)
- Proven ability to turn complex problems into simple experiences

Responsibilities
- Understand investing needs of customers, empowering new and sophisticated investors with tools and knowledge for informed decisions
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, and product management to find refined but practical solutions to design challenges
- Create multiple concepts and prototypes, recognizing when meticulous attention to detail or low-fidelity sketches are adequate
- Listen to users to develop the right product strategy and find solutions that delight customers
- Leverage data to inform design solutions
- Understand strategic direction and vision for working areas, ensuring UX efforts align with it
- Raise craft quality bar through own work and mentoring/developing Designers in the domain
- Become a subject matter expert in Stock & Option Trading
- Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions into product design
