Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UX Director or senior level UX practitioner with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • 8+ years leading UI and UX design for enterprise scale digital platforms
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, primarily Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and human centered design
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards WCAG and best practices
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with design systems
  • Strict brand guidelines and UX best practices knowledge
  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of design pattern trends and best practices
  • Innovative and collaborative mindset, adaptable to fast paced, ever evolving creative environments

Responsibilities

  • Craft user experiences alongside key product stakeholders to understand and support product business goals, advocating user centered design industry best practices and effectively managing design resources
  • Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts, interactions, and user flows
  • Develop visually appealing and brand consistent designs, including layouts, typography, and graphics
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including developers, project managers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of design solutions
  • Work closely with the design team to implement enterprise level design systems similar to the Carbon Design System in all solutions
  • Manage project engagements including deliverables such as concepts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, specifications, engagement agreements, and timelines
