This role focuses on designing interfaces and experiences to deliver AI-driven features effectively, with a strong emphasis on mobile app design. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive portfolio showcasing their ability in crafting interactive designs across all levels of fidelity—from initial sketches to detailed specification documents—with a particular focus on integrating AI elements. This role demands a professional who excels in collaborating with both designers and engineers, appreciating the critical partnership between design and technology. Adaptable to shifting priorities and various project types, from visionary explorations to tightly scoped, rapid deliverables, the successful candidate will be passionate about driving innovation in design and understanding that a user-centric culture is key to UX success. The ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and engage with stakeholders across the organization, from individual contributors to executive leaders, is essential.

Requirements

• Strong mobile app design experience
• Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows
• Experience in producing production-ready designs (from sketches to specification documents)
• Portfolio showcasing AI design integration
• Collaboration skills with designers and engineers
• Understanding of user-centric design principles

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our product family and end-user audiences, with a specific focus on AI-driven solutions.
• Lead the design of AI features for our mobile and desktop applications, ensuring an intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experience.
• Utilize mobile app design experience to create interactive designs.
• Produce production-ready designs enriched with visual design, motion, and transition mechanics.
• Work autonomously on multiple projects and engage with stakeholders across the organization.
