As a Staff Product Designer at Nova Credit, you will play a critical role in crafting intuitive and impactful product experiences for the Cards vertical, while also contributing to the company’s design strategy and direction. Responsibilities

• Become familiar with Nova Credit’s products and their integration.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Observe customer calls to understand user needs.
• Review existing design systems and user research.
• Contribute to key features on the roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end design for significant product initiatives.
• Establish or refine design processes.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Designer
• Familiarity with design systems, patterns, and user research
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
• Ability to visualize business and user goals through design
