Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of relevant design experience and an inspiring portfolio showcasing the ability to distill complex problems into elegant, holistic solutions based on human-centered design and research data. Experience in developing frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work, bringing a product design from conception to launch with minimal supervision, and participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications is required. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also necessary, along with a growth mindset and the ability to articulate and champion design solutions based on human-centered design principles and research data.

Responsibilities

The Staff Product Designer will lead large, complex initiatives and deliver world-class experiences that influence product strategy and transform how people work. They will drive end-to-end product experiences considering user and product ecosystems, workflow, and design patterns, and develop frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work. This role involves leading collaborative projects or work streams with multidisciplinary teams to deliver experiences that resonate with users and sharing knowledge and expertise with others across the company to elevate colleagues, teams, and the community of practice.
