Requirements

Candidates should possess a PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or a Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. They must have 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying machine learning models in production environments, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and extensive experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar, are required. Expertise in neural networks, reinforcement learning, and generative models, coupled with a solid understanding of their practical applications in large-scale systems, is also necessary. Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing systems, with a focus on optimization and performance tuning, is essential.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art machine learning models, with a strong emphasis on scalability and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable ML solutions and drive the innovation and enhancement of EmaFusion™ and Generative Workflow Engine™ (GWE). You will mentor junior engineers and data scientists, ensure the robustness and security of machine learning models, contribute to strategic planning by identifying new opportunities for machine learning applications, and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders through presentations and documentation.
