Requirements

Candidates should have experience building and productionizing advanced AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and intelligent agents. Experience with agent architecture, implementation, context management, and building scalable LLM and agentic platforms is required. Familiarity with backend systems supporting agents, conversational AI, natural language search, personalized email generation, and classical AI/ML techniques like search scoring, ranking, entity extraction, and recommendation systems is also needed.

Responsibilities

The Staff AI Engineer will be responsible for building and productionizing advanced AI systems, including AI Assistant and Autonomous AI Agents. They will develop sophisticated multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex sales workflows, as well as systems for maintaining conversational context across multi-turn interactions. This role involves building scalable LLM and agentic platforms to enable agent development within the Apollo ecosystem and creating backend systems to support these agents. Additionally, the engineer will work on AI features such as conversational AI, natural language search, personalized email generation, and potentially classical AI/ML tasks like search scoring, entity extraction, and recommendation systems.
