Responsibilities

The Staff/Lead Data Analyst will develop and maintain the company’s Business Intelligence platform by creating dashboards, defining core metrics, and guiding teams in addressing their analytics needs. They will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to track performance metrics, establish data management processes, identify opportunities for AI/ML integration, and propose data-driven solutions for operational inefficiencies.
