Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in building and launching scalable fintech products, with demonstrated mastery in backend development. Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and Expo (React Native) is required, along with experience in databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. The ability to prototype, develop, and ship full application features, incorporate automated testing, and communicate effectively in an all-remote environment is essential. Experience with financial technology platforms and payroll systems, as well as lending, payments, BNPL, or ACH, is considered a bonus.

Responsibilities
