Requirements

Responsibilities

The Staff Data Scientist will lead growth strategy by defining and developing data-driven custom audiences and segmentation strategies to maximize user engagement and campaign effectiveness. They will drive experimentation through end-to-end A/B testing and analysis, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to establish KPIs and analyze product usage patterns, and synthesize insights from marketing channels to inform product engagement and conversion. The role involves defining and reporting key success metrics, communicating insights to leadership, and championing evidence-based decision-making to deliver direct business impact.
