A Master’s degree in electrical engineering, wireless Communication Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is required, along with 7+ years of hands-on experience in testing cellular and other communication systems with a successful product launch history.
Candidates need a strong background in communication theory, digital signal processing, and wireless communication systems especially for satellite systems, solid understanding of 3GPP specifications for 5GNR and 4G, knowledge of RF transceiver measurement techniques, and proficiency in test equipment like spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
A strong candidate has excellent problem-solving skills with a from-first-principles approach, exposure to modeling tools like MATLAB or Simulink, and the ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across time zones.
