Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, business, or related field; or 6 years and master's degree; or 3 years and PhD

Responsibilities

Design and develop business intelligence solutions (dashboards, reports, data models) using tools like Tableau and Salesforce
Analyze software product usage data to identify trends, user behavior, and opportunities for product improvement
Collaborate with product, R&D, and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zuora, product databases, cloud platforms)
Take initiative to develop and implement new processes to strengthen data accuracy and enhance efficiency
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and storytelling
Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring consistency across systems and reports
Perform other job duties as required/assigned
