Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop business intelligence solutions (dashboards, reports, data models) using tools like Tableau and Salesforce
  • Analyze software product usage data to identify trends, user behavior, and opportunities for product improvement
  • Collaborate with product, R&D, and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
  • Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zuora, product databases, cloud platforms)
  • Take initiative to develop and implement new processes to strengthen data accuracy and enhance efficiency
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and storytelling
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring consistency across systems and reports
  • Perform other job duties as required/assigned
