Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and a minimum of 7 years related work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience building production-ready screens for web-based enterprise SaaS applications and native Android and iOS apps in Figma
  • An online portfolio showcasing your design approach and impact, through highlighted work samples or case studies

  • Strong understanding of data structures and principles of data visualization, with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, intuitive visual experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to own the entire design lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to final handoff and post-launch refinement
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to succinctly explain your design decisions
  • Thorough knowledge of usability and accessibility standards

Responsibilities

  • Systems Thinking – Understand and design complex features that span across multiple interconnected hardware and software devices
  • Concept Development – Develop user flows for new features that address a complex network of interdependent requirements. Translate your ideas into wireframes and prototypes for stakeholder and user feedback
  • Design System – Utilize and contribute to the company’s design system to create pixel-perfect templates and user flows
  • Collaboration – Work closely with clinicians, scientists, product managers, and external agencies to understand customer needs and make informed design decisions. Negotiate technical feasibility of your designs with engineering and support agile teams in developing high-quality user interfaces
