Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in product design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects, and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. They must be proficient in design tools such as Figma and FigJam, and have experience defining and implementing design strategy at an organizational level, along with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of leading high-impact design projects.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer, the individual will take full UX ownership of large-scale and complex product areas, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. They will define and execute the design strategy for large-scale projects, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience, and partner with stakeholders across the company to advocate for design best practices and user needs. Additionally, they will mentor and coach junior designers, collaborate with engineering leadership to integrate design seamlessly into the development process, and conduct and oversee user research to validate design decisions and optimize the user experience.
