Responsibilities

The Sr Therapeutic Specialist will establish strong working relationships with healthcare providers within the Orlando - Jacksonville territory, delivering timely disease awareness information, clinical updates, and education on healthcare changes. They will develop and execute a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals, monitor sales progress, and adjust strategies accordingly. This role also involves maintaining expertise in Gilead’s products and the disease state, promoting appropriate product use, collaborating with cross-functional colleagues, and partnering with external organizations to enhance product reach and drive sales results. Furthermore, the Specialist will model Gilead’s compliance standards and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical behavior.
