Position Overview

TetraScience is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Professional Services team. This role is responsible for managing the implementation and services of the Tetra Data Platform for new clients. The Senior Program Manager will oversee projects from inception to closure, ensuring TetraScience meets or exceeds client expectations in a continuous improvement environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and internal project kick-off meetings.
• Conduct regular client update meetings.
• Manage resource planning, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee financial aspects of services and project closure.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Manage client scope and change requests.
• Maintain project governance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Program Management experience in a Professional Services setting, implementing complex technical solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or Enterprise software.
• Demonstrated capability to effectively engage in C-level relationships in a client-facing role.
• Proven ability to efficiently manage the delivery and support of multiple simultaneous projects using project management tools.
• Demonstrated collaborative communication and influencing skills.

Ideal Qualifications

• Deep experience in Life Sciences and Pharma workflows, particularly in drug design and development, biologics, automation, or new modalities.
• Proven ability to thrive in an environment with multiple simultaneous efforts across diverse experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience with PM implementation in a cloud environment, especially AWS.
• Proven project/program leadership experience in an agile, customer-facing deployment environment.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical information in non-technical language.
• Ability to distill and present complex information to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge or understanding of GxP compliance-related activities (e.g., Good Laboratory Practices - GLP) is ideal.
