A minimum of 8 years of experience in configuration and development for complex technologies is required, and strong technical skills are essential.
As a Sr. Technical Consultant, you will serve as the technical expert for customer engagements, configuring ServiceNow Service Delivery products based on best practices to accelerate customer business outcomes. You will support customer process definition and re-engineering, advise on leveraging ServiceNow’s capabilities, lead design workshops, and guide customers in completing documentation and testing. Additionally, you will develop integration components, prepare customer deliverables, manage multiple projects, and provide training and mentorship to the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem, potentially requiring up to 50% travel.
