As a Sr. Technical Consultant, the role involves serving as a technical expert for customer engagements, configuring ServiceNow Service Delivery products based on best practices, supporting customer process definition and re-engineering, advising customers on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities, leading design workshops, and documenting solution requirements. The position also entails developing integration components, preparing customer deliverables, managing multiple projects, promoting continuous improvement, and supporting sales activities, potentially including travel up to 50% of the time.
