Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-4 years of experience in the field, along with a good working knowledge of programming, OOPs, SQL queries, and stored procedures. They must have hands-on experience with Health Care IT, HL7, or integration engines, and an understanding of various Health Care IT systems. Familiarity with US healthcare processes is a definite plus, and flexible working hours are required.

Responsibilities

The Sr Systems Analyst will work under the direction of the Manager to provide technical application solutions for assigned business areas, collaborating with team members to understand customer requirements and configuration changes. They will ensure programs meet technical specifications and standards, perform technical application configuration, maintain technical documentation, provide production support, assist in resolving support calls, identify and remove common defects, coordinate with project managers, and participate in focus groups and workshops.
