Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years experience focusing on standardizing planning execution, costing, and reducing sourcing complexity
Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain discipline preferred
5 years leadership experience in a materials or supply chain focused or manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Formulate, model, and set optimal material QC pricing to align with overall account objectives, ensuring Plexus' financial goals are met
Lead quoting strategies and opportunity plans to enhance win rates and revenue growth
Exhibit leadership within peer group, influencing, motivating, and enabling others to contribute toward organizational success
Lead strategic material cost reductions while incorporating material pricing, current market, and customer negotiated conditions
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity
Serve as senior materials leadership representation at customer Executive Sponsor Reviews
Control and direct the staff and activities involved in supply chain design and procurement
Lead the vision of supply chain solutions that enable transformative visibility and transparency of data and analytics
Deeply understand the needs of customers, define and prioritize the customer product roadmap, and be ultimately responsible for the adoption of these solutions with site/region support
