Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree preferred, and 5-7 years of relevant experience in complex project management, including prior experience in a manufacturing environment. Project Management and/or PMP certification is a plus, as is advanced experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as lean, PPI, Six Sigma, and 5S.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Staff Project Manager will provide governance across divisional strategic project costing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful program execution through partnerships with various departments. They will coordinate global resources, lead internal and external steering committee meetings, monitor program health and performance metrics, and facilitate program issues, including risk mitigation and solution development. This role also involves supporting the organization through deployment of standard tools and practices, identifying lessons-learned, and incorporating them into the PMO process, as well as delivering clear communication to diverse audiences and building executive-level presentations.
