This role is part of our Product Design team, focused on creating product experiences that users love. We champion empathy, understanding, and application of user and customer needs. Our designers possess diverse skills in design systems, visual, interaction, content, and product design. Responsibilities

  • Lead large, cross-product initiatives to deliver world-class product experiences.
  • Influence product strategy and transform how people work globally.
  • Drive exceptional and innovative end-to-end user experiences, design languages, and frameworks across domains or strategic initiatives.
  • Provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership for large collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Share knowledge and expertise internally and externally to elevate colleagues, teams, and the community of practice.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (e.g., using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI insights, exploring AI's impact).
  • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
  • Experience in user experience design or relevant industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant design experience.
  • An inspiring portfolio demonstrating exceptional and innovative product design solutions for end-to-end user journeys that satisfy user needs and business objectives.
  • Experience producing high-fidelity specifications for deliverables such as product design experiences, design languages, and frameworks.
  • Ability to advocate for design value and purpose across the company and externally.
  • Strong influence skills and drive to continuously improve product design processes across business units and design teams.

Compensation and Benefits

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay range of $187,600 - $328,300. Compensation may also include equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions typically have a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. The base pay shown is a guideline; individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
