Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Integrated Risk Management or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions and programs. A strong understanding of risk management, policy & compliance management, business continuity, crisis planning, disaster recovery, vendor risk/third party supply chain management, privacy management, and regulatory change management is required. Experience with GRC processes and solutions like Archer, MetricStream, IBM OpenPages, or OneTrust, as well as regulatory compliance for financial services, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Solution Consultant will be responsible for creating innovative solutions using ServiceNow's Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions, reviewing customer business processes to identify pain points, and responding to customer questions about the IRM solution. This role involves providing solution leadership and expertise during sales engagements, acquiring and retaining customers, and contributing to sales campaigns focused on IRM and GRC Solutions. Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining a showcase of IRM solutions, enabling other Solution Consultants, configuring solution environments, collaborating with product teams to enhance products, sharing best practices, staying current on competitive analyses, and supporting marketing events.
