Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to automate processes and workflows in a collaborative development environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Experience working with tools like JIRA, Polarion, and TestRail, including API integration and automation
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++/C# or similar languages
  • Strong understanding of good documentation practices
  • Experience with software version control systems, such as Git
  • Experience with HTML, Flask, and Nginx
  • Experience with Agile development
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial drive
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain custom tools and scripts to support software development, testing, and maintenance processes
  • Automate workflows and processes involving tools such as JIRA, Polarion, Matrix, and TestRail to optimize team efficiency
  • Develop and implement custom dashboards to monitor and assess product quality and progress during development
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, quality assurance, and technical leaders, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing tools and processes, driving innovation and efficiency across the team
  • Generate automated reports and test protocols that provide actionable insights into software performance and quality
