Candidates must possess a BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with 4 or more years of software development experience in Python and C/C++. A strong background in cross-platform development (Windows, Linux, Mac), endpoint security, SDET, or DevOps is required. Proficiency with tools such as CMake, Bazel, Ninja, Docker, C/C++ Compiler Internals (MSVC, GCC, CLANG), coverage tooling (codecov, lcov, gcov, coveralls), and continuous integration systems (Jenkins, GitHub workflows) is essential. Demonstrated leadership, independent research and development capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a globally distributed team are also necessary.
The Engineer III - Sensor Tooling will support and enhance existing build, release, and engineering tools. They will define, build, and maintain tools to improve the scale and efficiency of product and release processes. This role involves driving and owning improvements in product development pipelines and tooling, ensuring visibility, quality, and velocity across multiple platforms through repeatable and scalable processes.
