Luminai is developing technology to automate complex, organization-wide workflows using AI. They serve critical organizations in Healthcare, Finance, and Telecommunication, delegating mission-critical workflows to autonomous AI systems. This role focuses on building and improving the infrastructure layer for these AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Designing and contributing to a custom-built high-throughput workflow execution backend.
• Architecting and maintaining distributed computing environments.
• Simplifying system bottlenecks and proactively re-architecting key system components.
• Designing and scaling high-performance production services.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping high-quality code in challenging projects.
• Knowledge of parallel computing concepts and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Obsessive mindset towards reliability and performance optimization.

Bonus Points

• Experience managing or leading ML Infra or Data infra projects.
• Proficiency in C++/ Rust
