Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, particularly in distributed systems. Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building foundational services for Highspot’s IAM platform, focusing on complex identity and policy enforcement use cases at scale. You will lead the design and delivery of services while maintaining strict uptime, latency, and security SLAs, collaborating with security, product, and customer teams. Additionally, you will take end-to-end ownership of ideas, operate the systems you build, and engage in continuous improvement to enhance resiliency, observability, and customer experience, and contribute to the adoption and support of AI tools within the development lifecycle.
