Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning. Experience with building and deploying AI models, particularly in the security domain, is highly desirable. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen is preferred. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure are also required.
As a Senior Software Engineer, AI, you will build and evolve our autonomous AI security agent “Hai,” contributing to its planning, reasoning, and secure action capabilities, including vulnerability detection and threat intelligence generation. You will develop AI red teaming agents and frameworks to identify vulnerabilities in AI systems, collaborate with product teams to integrate AI security features, and create APIs for seamless interaction between AI models and security tools. Furthermore, you will integrate emerging agentic frameworks and LLM-based orchestration tools to power stateful AI agents and partner with cross-functional teams to translate AI innovations into customer-facing security solutions.
